Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC)
HVAC services are provided Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. excluding holidays. Certain areas of the building may experience a slightly different schedule due to varying mechanical systems or specific lease terms.
After-hours HVAC service can be made available at the Tenant’s expense; however, please keep the following information in mind:
- To provide after-hours cooling services, engineering labor must be scheduled in advance. To make sure that an engineer is available to provide requested services, please submit your request well in advance to the Management Office.
- If you are unable to schedule overtime air in advance through the management office, you may request overtime air in person at the security console located on the third floor. Tenant administrators can also dial in to an automatic phone system to schedule air. Please contact the Management Office for additional details on this procedure.
